Ameri-King AK350 Encoder
The extremely reliable AK350 is a solid state TSO (C88a) approved blind encoder, it provides digital altitude information to all Mode C ATC transponders.
The AK350 can be mounted using holes provided in the unit base, anywhere beneath or behind the aircraft instrument panel or avionics equipment rack or cabin pressure bulkhead.
It is designed to be installed in a pressurised or non-pressurised, temperate controlled area.
Altitude Range: -1,000ft – 30,000ft. Compatible with all transponders in use today and installation is extremely simple, all necessary accessories are included.
